Placing an Order

Quotations

Unless otherwise stated, Quotations are valid for 28 days.

Unless otherwise stated, a Minimum Order value of £40.00 applies.

Standard UK mainland next day delivery is included, but not guaranteed, with exception to outlying postcode areas which may take longer.

Carriage charges are applicable to:

• Timed Deliveries. Options include before noon, before 10.30am & before 9.00am.
• Dedicated vehicles for large sized consignments.
• Deliveries made to secure sites or sites with specific restrictions.
• Deliveries made to Scottish Highlands & Isles (postcode dependant), to Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man & the Scilly Isles.

Order Process

We are happy to set up a credit account for customers wishing to place on-going orders for our products. A credit account will be subject to completion of our application form and 3 satisfactory references.

The first order is likely to be on a Pro Forma basis, with despatch lead time (as per a quotation) taken from receipt of payment.

Payment Options

Acceptable payment methods:

• Cheque.
• Electronic bank transfer.
• Most major credit/debit cards accepted. A surcharge for card payments may apply.

Credit or Debit Card payments. For our internal accounting & commercial reasons, we maintain a hard copy of the print-out from our Sage Pay Payment System. These will be retained for a period of time after which they will be destroyed by shredding.

If we have provided you with a quotation, please include our Quotation number on your order.

Your order should include full postal address for both invoicing and if different, a delivery address. Please include contact details (telephone, fax and email if possible). For new customers, the first order will be on a Pro Forma basis, i.e. we will not despatch until payment in full has been received. If your order is for non stocked or special products, we may not purchase materials or start manufacture until we have received your payment.

If your order is for a site, such as a construction site, then please provide a site contact name and telephone number to aid in delivery. Also, please ensure that any special site delivery address details are made known to us at the order stage to reduce the chance of problems.
